About Our Client

Job Summary

  • The team leader of the purchasing team will be in charge of the management of
  • suppliers, executing purchasing strategies, adjustment of parts supply, and team operation for the timely supply of auto parts supplied to OEMs or customers. While working with the team members, it is a key role in increasing work quality and efficiency by showing some leadership.
  • Report Line: The head of the corporation or the CEO as needed
  • Scope of management: 4 ~ 5 people in the office, 15 ~ 20 people on site warehouses

Job Description

  • Major work
  • -Specures purchase schedules and supply stability according to OEM customers'
  • production plans
  • -Collaboration with Korea headquarters for KD product supply and demand
  • -Promination ordering parts, confirmation of delivery, and receiving status status
  • Management
  • -The communication and issue response with suppliers
  • -Reeping and reporting quickly in case of problems such as poor quality and delayed
  • delivery.
  • -The team of team members work, education and performance management
  • -Proid data analysis and improvement plan (cost reduction, delivery of delivery, etc.)
  • -Supplent evaluation and performance management -Inner communication related to purchase (collaboration with production teams, logistics teams, quality teams, etc.)
  • - Purchase process operation through SAP or ERP system

Qualifications

  • - The professional academy is above (Logistics, Management, Engineering Preferential
  • treatment)
  • - In more than 7 years of purchase related to purchase in manufacturing or auto parts
  • Companies
  • - Prior to the finished car OEM project or mass production experience
  • - Team reading experience (or leadership experience above senior level)
  • - Leave negotiation and problem solving skills
  • - ERP system use experience such as SAP
  • - Documentation and reporting ability excellent (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • 4. Preferences
  • - The first vendor work experience or tier1 delivery experience
  • - If English or second foreign language can (when responding to global sourcing)
  • - Signation of quality systems such as IATF16949
  • - Supse the supply chain management (SCM) certification holder (CPIM, CSCP, etc.)
