Job Description
- Factory production operation management
- Factory production capacity analysis and expansion
- New factory construction and process equipment setup
- System implementation and management (Production management systems other than ERP)
- Item management (item information, BOM registration, etc.)
- Outsourcing vendor management (raw/material parts, outsourced manufacturing)
- Liaison with China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA)
- Personnel Management
- Local workforce recruitment management / Communication on labor issues at site
- Financial Management
- Establish internal control system
- Local entity financial closing (accounting and tax) management
- Consolidated financial reporting under parent company standards
Qualifications
Experience in ERP system usage and implementation
