Job Summary
The company is seeking a proactive and bilingual Property and Brokerage Associate to support our property and brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the property manager and brokerage manager, contribute to marketing initiatives, and provide administrative support to headquarters as needed
Job Description
- - Assist the Property Manager and Brokerage Manager with day-to-day operations
- - Support marketing efforts for property and brokerage services via mail, email, and cold calls
- - Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors
- - Provide administrative support to headquarters, including projects assigned by the President or senior leadership
- - Deliver supervisory or managerial assistance under the guidance of the President or designated team leads
- - Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and high performance
Qualifications
- - Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is highly perferred
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- - Comfortable with multitasking and handling administrative duties
- - Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
