Job Description
- Assist with forecasting production volumes to meet sales needs and reduce excess
- inventory, using Excel and data analysis tools.
- ? Support improvements to production efficiency and operational stability by identifying
- trends and tracking KPIs.
- ? Help analyze production costs, including labor and raw materials, and prepare regular
- cost reports for management.
- ? Organize and maintain production data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across
- MES/SAP systems.
- ? Prepare daily and monthly production reports, including productivity summaries and
- profit analysis.
- ? Learn and assist with MES/SAP system tasks, including master data creation, updates,
- troubleshooting errors, and modifying production reports.
- ? Support the monthly production closing process by reviewing input data, making
- corrections, and helping resolve any issues.
- ? Communicate clearly in both Korean and English with production, sales, and logistics
- teams to align schedules and resolve planning questions.
- ? Create PowerPoint presentations and reports to share production and cost insights with
- management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics,
- or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ? Experience: Min. 1 year in supply chain, production planning, or logistics (internships or
- academic projects welcome).
- ? Language: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
- ? Familiarity with ERP systems (MES or SAP PP module is a plus).
- ? Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
