Job Description
- Lead the development, onboarding, and management of agent/franchise partners across key Tier 1?2 Chinese cities.
- Monitor and drive agent performance through KPIs, regular reviews, and operational support.
- Design and implement training programs for agent teams (sales techniques, brand standards, customer service).
- Omnichannel E-commerce & Online Operations
- Oversee online operations across major Chinese platforms including Tmall, JD.com, Douyin (TikTok), and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- Develop digital marketing and promotional strategies to boost online sales and brand visibility.
- Drive O2O (Online-to-Offline) integration to enhance customer experience and channel synergy.
- Brand & Sales Performance Leadership
- Set and achieve annual sales targets (revenue, profitability, market share).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Serve as the key liaison between China operations and the Korean HQ (Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics).
- Lead and coordinate with local cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Prepare regular business reports and present to senior management.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in children’s apparel or fashion/lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in managing agent or franchise networks in China.
- Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations on Chinese platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.).
- Fluent in Chinese (native level) ? written and spoken.
