Job Summary

  • The company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in East Rutherford, NJ. This full-time, on-site role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our office and supporting the company’s leadership and operations.
  • As an Office Coordinator, you will oversee day-to-day administrative functions, manage office activities, handle important documents, and provide critical support to the CEO. Additionally, you may assist with HR-related tasks, helping to maintain an organized and collaborative workplace.

Job Description

  • - Manage and maintain daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
  • - Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • - Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • - Handle, organize, and maintain important company documents and records.
  • - Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating team activities.
  • - Support company operations with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration across the team.
