Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customer equipment while ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency. This role involves developing and reviewing CAD project drawings, designing products based on company requirements, and conducting product testing. The Service Engineer will also oversee quality control programs, collaborate with engineering teams, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation and after-sales support. Strong technical problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), and excellent time management are essential for success in this role.

Job Description

  • - Developing CAD Project drawings and reviewing drawings for accuracy
  • - Maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment
  • - Designing products based on the requirements of the company
  • - Presenting design plans to managers and clients
  • - Conducting product testing
  • - Overseeing quality control programs and overall maintenance in a facility
  • - Provide Business Support when necessary
  • - Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment
  • - Create, develop, and plan mechanical designs for new products.
  • - Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration.
  • - Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer
  • software.
  • - Manage customer response to follow up a request
  • - Perform detailed documentation and assigned business work.
  • - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors for installation and A/S.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
  • - Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
  • - Written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
  • - Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
