Job Summary
Responsibilities related to providing timely and accurate payment processing, vendor registration, transaction monitoring and analyses. Providing transaction reports to the Senior Accountant. This position reports directly to the Senior Accountant.
Job Description
- - Create a weekly payment list and initiate the payment.
- - Provide direct support to the Senior Accountant.
- - Weekly AR posting, documentation, and reporting to HQ.
- - Initiate and verify payments as needed.
- - Monthly Bank Reconciliations and accounts reconciliations.
- - Provide support for quarterly and annual audits, or as needed.
- - Support monthly / quarterly / annual FI closing.
- - Create and enter journal entries as needed.
- - Review vendor registration requests.
- - Respond to internal and external customer requests as appropriate.
- - Outgoing checks monitoring.
- - Follow all processes and procedures as required.
- - Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- - 2-5 Years Treasury or Finance related experience
- - Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- - Advanced accounting and computer skills;
- - Excellent attention to detail and follow-up;
- - Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively establish rapport and present information;
- - Dependability; ability to multi-task;
- - An ability to learn and maintain confidentiality.
