- - Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- - Analyze sales data using Excel to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies and meet company objectives.
- - Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
- - Track sales performance and take proactive action to address gaps or seize opportunities.
- - Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the accounts you manage, using data-driven insights to support inventory planning and company objectives .
- - Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
- - Evaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions.
- - Meet monthly goals focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing.
Qualifications
- - Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with customers and new contacts.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate data and draw insights.
- - Detail-oriented and capable of identifying patterns in data to support decision-making.
- - Sales experience is preferred but not required?a passion for learning and growing in a sales environment is a must.
- - Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- - At least 3~5 years of work experience in related fields.
