- Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop mid-to-long-term sales strategies and manage annual execution plans.
- Cost Management: Oversee market expansion costs, manage the annual financial budget for the sales department, and refine the compensation system.
- Market Management: Maintain customer relationships and establish long-term strategic cooperation plans.
- Daily Operations: Manage sales performance within the department and provide guidance on daily sales operations.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in automotive parts sales
- Experience in automotive electronic components injection molding, spray processes, and factory management
- Experience in developing and managing overseas and local customers
