Job Description

  • One, Brand Partner Recruitment and Market Growth
  • 1. Develop and tap into potential brand partner resources, develop competitive brand description strategies, and drive sustained growth in the market size of brand partners in our region.
  • 2. Based on the characteristics of the local market, develop regional market expansion strategies and annual sales plans to meet the company's regional performance targets.
  • 3. Gain deep insights into market operations and target customers, identify growth opportunities, and assist brand partners in setting goals and developing market strategies.
  • 4. Responsible for expanding blank markets and customer development within the jurisdiction, thereby increasing the brand's market share.
  • Two, Empowerment and Talent Development
  • 1. Convey the company's work methods and establish a systematic understanding.
  • 2. Strengthen product and solution training to enhance professional capabilities.
  • 3. Systematic mentoring to enhance operational, development, retention, and replication capabilities.
  • 4. Track the data, identify bottlenecks and growth points, and output an analysis report.
  • 5. Provide personalized solutions and capability conversion support, track effectiveness, and continuously improve.
  • Three, Market Activities and Organizational Operations
  • 1. Planned and executed empowerment training, product experience sharing, community operations, and market conferences, among other activities.
  • 2. Ensure that activities convey brand culture and achieve business outcomes.
  • Four, Business Management and Data-Driven Execution
  • 1. Closely monitor key data metrics such as sales, market development, and regular purchase discounts, and continuously track progress.
  • 2. Analyze the current situation, provide practical business recommendations, and stabilize the growth pace.
  • 3. Work with brand partners to develop and implement action plans to ensure the achievement of performance goals.
  • 4. Reasonably allocate the annual operating budget and achieve business development within it.
  • Five, Risk Control and Foreign Affairs Management
  • 1. Maintain good diplomatic relations and maintain close communication and collaboration with headquarters.
  • 2. Complete risk mitigation and compliance management, supervise lawful and compliant market operations, and promote business activities.
  • 3. Timely communicate the company's latest policies and business guidelines to ensure standardized market operations.
  • Six, Team Planning and Management
  • After the business reaches a certain scale, provide a business team planning solution and manage the team to achieve the company's set performance goals, thereby cultivating tiered talent.

Qualifications

  • 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, fluent Mandarin;
  • 2. Experience: Over 5 years of sales management experience, with priority given to those in direct sales or insurance industries;
  • Candidates with experience in regional management of cosmetics, personal care, health foods, and fast-moving consumer goods are preferred.
  • 3. Possessing the ability:
  • - Excellent communication, expression, and influence can effectively promote the implementation of market strategies.
  • - Mature empowerment skills, adept at "following the race"
  • - Good data sensitivity and execution capability enable business decisions to be driven by data.
  • - Strong pressure resistance and high self-motivation can help stabilize the market in complex market environments.
  • - Acknowledge the essence of direct sales, respect the market, trust people, and excel at empowerment.
  • 4. Work intensity: Able to adapt to high-frequency business trips, with more than 50% of the monthly working hours dedicated to business travel.
