Job Description
- Maintain accounting databases by accurately entering data into the QuickBooks
- system, including invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash
- receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Organize and preserve accounting records by making copies and filing essential
- documents.
- Reconcile bank statements by verifying transactions against the general ledger.
- Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate financial and accounting reports as needed to support business operations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support the accounting and organizational mission by ensuring accurate and efficient
- completion of assigned tasks.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent
- certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual proficiency is Preferred, particularly in Korean, English, and Spanish
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus
