Job Summary

The Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting both prospective and existing clients. This position involves managing local and regional sales operations, resolving customer complaints, and making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.

Job Description

  • - Oversee and manage local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  • - Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • - Coordinate all sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • - Prepare sales budgets, projections, and approve related expenditures.
  • - Track, analyze, and report sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • - Handle and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
  • - Establish and manage discount rates and pricing schedules.
  • - Advise distributors and dealers on company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • - Serve as the face of the organization to both internal and external partners.
  • - Set sales quotas and goals for the team, ensuring consistent performance.
  • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • - Identify emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
  • - Define and execute territory sales plans to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • - At least 10 years of experience in Logistics sales ? W&D and/or Fright forwarding.
  • - Bilingual in Korean and English / Chinese and English / Japanese and English required.
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • - Highly motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record in sales.
  • - Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • - Clamp certification (preferred)
