Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the smooth coordination of shipping and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a background in logistics is preferred.

Job Description

  • - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • - Coordinate shipping operations with forwarders, customs brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • - Monitor shipment schedules, proactively identify potential delays, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • - Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide seamless customer service and logistical support.
  • - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipping updates.

Qualifications

  • - Experience in customer service, with a preference for candidates with a background in logistics or shipping coordination.
  • - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve logistical challenges.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • - Proficiency in monitoring shipment schedules and addressing operational issues effectively.
  • - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • - Familiarity with logistics processes, including coordination with forwarders and customs brokers, is a plus.
