Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to assist in trade and sales management tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. You will provide critical support to the Sales Director and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Job Description
- - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met with high-quality service.
- - Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Director, including administrative tasks and coordination.
- - Attend meetings with customers and serve as a liaison between the company and clients.
- - Monitor and manage new design updates and spec sheets to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- - Drive to client meetings as required, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Qualifications
- - A minimum of 2 years of experience in trade, sales, or related fields.
- - Intermediate Spanish Speaking Skills preferred
- - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- - Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- - Ability to drive and attend off-site meetings with clients (valid driver’s license required).
- - Attention to detail and the ability to manage design and specification documentation effectively.
