Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Executive Administrative Assistant supporting our Leadership Team, working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and fluid environment in our mid-town Manhattan location.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter, able to work in a highly collaborative, and versatile environment handling an array of duties and responsibilities with particular focus on time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be professional and confident, and able to seamlessly handle all office manager related activities. Additionally, the successful candidate will execute the following representative duties:
  • - Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, screen and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as required
  • - Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations
  • - Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • - Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to, staffing and resource planning, onboarding new department members and strategy development for efficiencies among teams
  • - Organize and set up department events
  • - Attend executive meetings and manage follow-up notes and activities from key strategic meetings
  • - Ensure all team members have necessary tools, supplies and technology to sufficiently complete their tasks
  • - Provide support on time consuming tasks to executive leadership- travel receipts, IT topics, meeting details - to drive a more efficient organization.

Qualifications

  • - AA/AS Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • - Fluency in Korean and English, and the ability to seamlessly translate between the two languages is preferred but not required
  • - Self-motivated team player with desire and drive to learn and grow
  • - Operate efficiently, learn, adapt quickly and lean forward
  • - Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • - Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • - Problem-solver with sound business judgment
  • - Collaborate effectively with all team members
  • - Forward thinker with proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • - Tech savvy ? proficient with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • - Ability to navigate across broader organization
  • - Follow directions thoroughly and maintains confidentiality of any company sensitive information
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's Degree
