Job Summary
Experienced candidate in Loan and Deposit Management Department, specializing in marketing, execution and management of investment banking products
Job Description
- -Responsible for initiating, establishing, terminating, monitoring and managing credit activities with IB
- loan customers
- -Conduct thorough risk and feasibility analyses for project finance transactions, evaluating key
- financial and operational risks
- -Conduct market research
- -Review Loan Documents and Relevant Contracts
- -Responsible for the management and control of credit applications for future customers
- -Responsible for the management and marketing activities related with IB loan
- -Maintenance of existing customers and the preparation of documentation for credit approvals
- from senior management of the Branch or/and Head Office
Qualifications
- -Proven experience (3+ years) in Investment Banking with a focus on project finance and infrastructure
- projects. (more than 5yrs in total relevant job experience)
- -Strong analytical skills for project finance structures, loan documents, relevant agreement and
- contract
- - Strong understanding of the infrastructure market
- - Ability to independently drive projects forward with collaborating effectively with diverse team
- - Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
