Job Summary

  • Lead, train and support members of his/her the team to gain new opportunities and
  • support customers. The role includes serving as the main point of contact for all
  • new developments and management of the customer’s account ensuring a
  • resilient customer relationship. This role is responsible for ensuring customer
  • satisfaction while working with internal teams to deliver exceptional product with on
  • time and in full delivery and coordinate on all details involved in making the
  • finished product from development through to launch.

Job Description

  • - Lead the team on new customer outreach and lead generation, initiating
  • company introduction to new prospect customers and scheduling and
  • conducting customer calls to present new innovations.
  • - Manage the team in preparation of Monthly projections to stay on track with
  • targets and update strategies as needed.
  • - Ensure team executes the development of customer strategies, products, and
  • services with clear communication from cross functional teams.
  • - Follow up and manage team to ensure their follow up on projects/opportunities
  • from marketing presentations and initiations.
  • - Serve as a primary point of contact for new inquiries, developments and
  • execution of launches.
  • - Source Packaging as needed to meet customer expectations along with
  • reviewing compatibility between formula and packing with internal partners to
  • provide the quality the customer is anticipating.
  • - Generate and manage feasible timelines with cross-functional teams and
  • customer to insure on time deliverables are met.
  • - Work closely with finance and internal teams to provide accurate costing within
  • the gross margin targets and review any changes that may need to be done in
  • order to meet internal and customer targets.
  • - Generate, publish, and follow-up on all documentation associated with
  • development and launch of a product, which includes regulatory documents,
  • requesting part numbers, updating Bills of Material, managing customer
  • purchase orders, and quality documentation correlating to product launches.
  • - Attend meetings with discussions of customer orders when relating to
  • production plans/schedules, quality, receiving, and shipping, ect.
  • - Manage customer visits to include coordinating participation by other Cosmax
  • team members.
  • - Manage and update deliveries in system of customer provided materials for
  • new product launches and ensure smooth delivery and receiving of such
  • materials as required.
  • - Providing reporting for customer orders externally (customers) and internally
  • as needed with validation that the information provided is aligned externally
  • and internally.
  • - Provide reporting to management on project trackers, projections, open order
  • reports and other reports as requested.
  • - Work with planning team to expedite schedules where necessary and provide
  • production planning information to customers as needed
  • - Problem solve cross-functionally to insure customer satisfaction and proactive
  • approach.
  • - Issue delivery requests to our shipping group, and assist with any coordination
  • between C's shipping, Customer and 3pLogistics groups.
  • - For any PO cancellations / delays of new launches, work with internal teams to
  • gather details allowing you to issue liability details to customers in timely manner
  • and support quick resolution.

Qualifications

  • - In-depth knowledge and experience in Cosmetic/Skincare industry with Key
  • Brands.
  • - Strong Project Management Skills required.
  • - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • - Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • - Ability to set objectives.
  • - Broad knowledge of total manufacturing processes and planning.
  • - Ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve complex issues.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • - Ability to apply required policies and procedures.
  • - Detail oriented and be able to multi task.
  • - Ability to work long hours and flexible work schedule.
  • - Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.
  • - Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • - Knowledge of SAP functions (preferred but not required)
