Job Description

  • -Client and Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consortium partners, and
  • internal team members for all commercial matters.
  • -Project Commercial Management: Oversee commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring
  • milestones and deliverables are met.
  • -Progress Reporting: Prepare and present commercial progress reports to senior management.
  • -Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks promptly.
  • -Time and Cost Management: Develop and manage commercial schedules and budgets.
  • -Interface Management: Oversee the management of commercial interfaces between various
  • disciplines and stakeholders.
  • -Meeting Attendance: Attend workshops, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure commercial
  • alignment.
  • -Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to align project objectives with
  • business goals.
  • -Commercial Invoicing and Claims: Understand payment milestones and contract terms to directly
  • perform commercial invoicing and manage claims processes across multiple projects.
  • -Contract Management: Review and manage the commercial parts of contracts, ensuring compliance
  • and execution of contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
  • -A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, preferably within the project
  • commercial sector. Familiarity of Ariba or Oracle (web based) commercial accounting platforms a plus.
  • -Proven track record of successfully managing the commercial aspects of large-scale projects.
  • -Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Solid understanding of risk management, time and cost management.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • -Commercial management certification is preferred.
  • -Ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in South Korea.
  • (Fluent Korean Required)
