Job Description
- -Client and Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consortium partners, and
- internal team members.
- -Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor and control project progress to ensure milestones and
- deliverables are met. (update Schedules ? MS Project or P6 etc.)
- -Progress Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to the clients and internal stakeholders on a
- regular and timely basis.
- -Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks promptly.
- -Time and Cost Management: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- -Interface Management: Oversee the management of project interfaces between various disciplines
- and stakeholders.
- -Meeting Attendance: Attend contract clarification meeting, weekly, and monthly meetings to ensure
- project alignment.
- -Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Sales Director to align project objectives with
- business goals.
- -Managing Secured Projects: Lead and manage already secured projects, ensuring successful execution
- and client satisfaction.
- -Commercial Management: Depending on the situation, may also be required to manage or directly
- perform commercial management tasks, including invoicing and claims processes.
- -Multiple Project Management: Be prepared to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- -A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power cable
- industry or construction sector,but not limited to these industries.
- -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- -Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Solid understanding of risk management, time and cost management.
- -Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- -PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- -Ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in South Korea.
- -Interview Process: Candidates who have managed multiple projects will be asked to present case
- studies during the interview process to demonstrate their experience and success in project execution.
