Job Description
- - Management of accounts payable system
- - Operation of all branch’s bill payment
- - Operation of employees’ payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- - Operation of fixed assets (operation property) using internal system
- - Monthly depreciation of all fixed assets and closing process.
- - Operation of monthly prepaid processing
- - Prepare whole budget-input and adjustment
- - Receive and review each branch’s order of fixed assets and prepaid item
- - Fixed Asset Reporting to parent Bank Semi-annually
- - Responsible for maintaining all GA Expenses book control with budget
- - Responsible for writing and confirming expenses checks and preparing supporting documents
- - Responsible for maintaining bill invoice records by branch
