Job Description
- - Assist branches with any inquires/problems in regards to debit cards, internet banking and products
- - Provides Business Online Banking support such as on-boarding process, troubleshooting
- - Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
- - Management of online banking technical support including bill payment errors
- - Management of EFT Debit Card Fraud Claims for personal and business accounts
- - Communicates with Fiserv regarding all EFT ATM/Debit Card operations
- - Responsibilities in providing monthly charge off totals for Finance Management Dept.
- - Management of ATM Balancing for debit cards
- - Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
- - Responsibilities in collecting monthly branch assessments
Qualifications
- - BS / MS Degree
- - Fluent Korean & English
