Job Description
- - Oversee the compliance framework for fund operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and internal fund guidelines.
- - Monitor fund transactions and trading activities to ensure compliance with fund guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- - Manage daily fund operations, including transaction oversight, NAV calculations, and reporting requirements.
- - Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory authorities.
- - Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain effective compliance practices.
- - Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- - Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance and operational matters.
Qualifications
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- - In-depth knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations.
- - Experience managing fund operations, including compliance monitoring, reporting, and oversight.
- - Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- - Proficiency in Korean (writing and speaking) is preferred
- - Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
