Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to support our digital marketing initiatives and collaborate closely with global agencies on campaign strategies, events, and sponsorships. This role will play a key part in developing and managing advertising plans, overseeing consumer research, and driving engagement through social media and content creation.

Job Description

• Responsibilities
• - Coordinate daily with global agencies and vendors to develop and execute advertising strategies.
• - Lead and manage events and sponsorships, with a focus on sports marketing.
• - Provide strategic direction to agencies (e.g., Cheil) for ad creation, digital content, and printed materials.
• - Manage and plan advertising budgets in collaboration with global agencies.
• - Develop ad strategies, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• - Conduct consumer research (quantitative and qualitative) and integrate insights into advertising concepts.
• - Oversee social media accounts, providing guidance to agencies to optimize content and engagement.
• - Organize and execute local and national events and campaigns.
• - Prepare weekly trend reports and contribute to monthly Hispanic market publications.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
• - 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales planning, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• - Bilingual (English and Korean) is required.
• - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
