Job Description

• 1) Airline and peer agent booking arrangement and freight negotiation
• 2) Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other other areas of the new product development and ensure
• 3) RFQ (Project Bidding) Resilience
• 4) According to the requirements of the company's customer service orders, promptly inquire with the airline and cooperative agents, and arrange the booking plan reasonably.
• 5) According to the overall booking situation, calculate the ULD board position, adjust it in time, and do a good job of follow-up tracking and confirmation until it reaches overseas safely.
• 6) handle important and urgent notifications from the airline or agent and do a good job of explaining and coordinating the customer and the airline.
• 7) In accordance with the company's requirements, timely system input, and subsequent cost submission and settlement.

Qualifications

• 1) college degree or above, 4 to 5 years of independent responsible for booking work experience is preferred
• 2) good English, fluent in listening, reading and writing is preferred.
• 3) have good learning ability, good collaboration ability, and strong sense of responsibility and proactive attitude.
• 4) Familiar with airline capacity and price system, familiar with air freight forwarding booking operation process; proficient in air freight project system and related office automation software;
• 5) good at communication, patience, can withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
