Job Summary

Job Description

• - Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
• - Account Receivables / Account Payables
• - Monthly Closing
• - Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports
• - Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate
• - Ensuring that company bills are paid
• - Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls
• - Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations, and policies
• - Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or Equivalent Experience Preferred
• - Excellent communication skills
• - Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• - 0~3 years’ experience in the Accounting field preferred
• - Bilingual (Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus)
