Job Description

  • - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets, focusing on revenue growth and market share.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • - Lead the project bidding process, including preparing competitive cost estimates and proposals.
  • - Oversee cost and investment management to ensure profitability, preparing and managing internal cost assessments and customer price offers.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and finance to ensure projects meet client expectations on time and within budget.
  • - Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive position.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • - 3 to 7 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry, with a focus on bidding and cost analysis.
  • - Experience in project bidding, cost estimation, and proposal development is preferred.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • - Solid understanding of working within clients' systems to collect, upload, and analyze necessary information.
  • - Experience in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts is preferred.
  • - Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain networks
