Job Description
- 1. Participate in the formulation of the company's development strategy and annual business plan, and organize and implement the production strategic plan;
- 2. Organize the implementation, supervision and control of production indicators, and complete the company's established goals;
- 3, master the quality supervision and management in the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments;
- 4. Responsible for the management of equipment, facilities, safety, environment and production, ensuring the normal operation of the workshop site;
- 5. Responsible for comprehensive production management to improve production efficiency and control production costs;
- 6. Responsible for training and managing subordinate teams, improving subordinate management capabilities, and promoting the achievement of goals.
Qualifications
- 1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 5-8 years of manufacturing industry production and operation management experience, medium and large automobile parts manufacturing enterprises production management experience is preferred;
- 2, good at improving production efficiency, quality control, object control management, cost management;
- 3, familiar with injection molding, painting, assembly plant processes, with excellent leadership, communication skills and organizational coordination skills;
