About Our Client
Job Summary
Job Description
- - Manage food label regulations- USA, Canada, Mexico
- - Manage and update food related regulations and documentation including FSVP
- - Regulate regulatory and quality control of each product.
- - Identification of any quality problems and recommend changes in quality standard where necessary.
- - Working with HQ on innovating new potential products for the brand. Complying with FDA regulations.
- - Data management using common computer database software (Excel, Access or equivalent).
- - To maintain our service level highly, we cooperate closely with our subcontractors for Customs brokers.
- - Renewal permits that we have in timely manner.
Qualifications
- - At least 2 years of work experience with food or ingredients and manufacturing field preferred.
- - Knowledge of the regulations of FDA/USDA and custom matter (CBP/PGA).
- - Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals.
- - Strong communication skills.
- - FSVP
- - Computer literacy (Excel, Word etc.)
- - Bilingual (English/Korean)
- - Bilingual in Korean preferred.
