Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to join our team, managing critical IT functions and
- operations. This role requires on-site presence at Troy Office to ensure
- the seamless operation of our 24/7 equipment and network assets located at the Troy
- Office and branch sites. The IT Manager will manage various IT tasks, ensuring optimal
- performance and security of our IT infrastructure
Job Description
- Develop and manage IT budgets, overseeing investments in system development and
- hardware.
- Manage laptop and network assets, including creating images, setup, maintenance,
- and decommissioning.
- Oversee server management, including security patches, backups, and security
- checks.
- Administer software assets, ensuring compliance and addressing unauthorized
- software.
- Manage video equipment and provide user support for Cloud PC, MS Teams, external
- storage devices, and test equipment.
- Conduct regular cybersecurity checks and respond to customer cybersecurity surveys.
- Support the development and operation of key applications, addressing any issues that
- arise.
Qualifications
- 8 to15 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and user support.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
