Job Summary

  • - Assistant Manager is responsible for organizing, executing, processing and reporting of assigned roles.
  • - Assistant Manager should report any issues regarding the work of its own to Manger/DGM/CDGM
  • immediately.
  • - Reporting Line: Assistant Manager => SDGM/CDGM => GM

Job Description

  • Export & Import:
  • - Issuing L/C, reviewing shipping document and payment rebted Import L/C and DA,DP
  • - Advising Export L/C, reviewing shipping document and payment related Export L/C and DA,DP
  • - Monitoring Import & Export transactions to see whether they comply with the UCP
  • - Maintaining trade documents (lmport & Export L/C documents and DA,DP)
  • - Receiving and managing fee/charges
  • - Executing incoming and outgoing wire transfers and related trade finance messages via SWIFT
  • - Communicating with Applicant/Beneficiary/Nego Bank/Reim Bank etc.
  • - Creating, escalating and maintaining daily reports
  • - Performing manual OFAC entries and checking anti-boycott rule and Red Flags
  • Reimbursement:
  • - Executing reimbursement/MT202 process for L/C issued by IBK HO
  • - Registering, reviewing and making payment reimbursement claim/MT202
  • - Monitoring the claim to see whether it complies with URR725 and UCP
  • - Responsing to HO requests such as due extension/early payment etc
  • - Executing incoming and outgoing wire transfers and related trade finance messages via SWIFT
  • - Receiving and managing fee/charges
  • - Communicating with HO and Nego Bank etc
  • - Maintaining the SWIFT messages
  • - Creating, escalating and maintaining daily reports
  • - Performing manual OFAC entries and checking anti-boycott rule and Red Flags

  • - Wire Fund Transfer Procedures
  • Other Relevant Documents :
  • - Change Management Procedures
  • - Third Party Risk Management Policy and Procedure

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree or 1+ years experience on finance or trade
  • - Proficiency in MS-Office(Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • - Ability to prioritize among different tasks; multi-tasking
  • - Ability to effectively delegate and provide oversight of staff
  • - Analytical Skill
  • - Presentation Skill
  • - Strong work ethic
  • - Knowledge on trade financeflmport, Export, L/C, etc.) and deposit
  • - Knowledge on UCP 600/URR725, SWIFT, etc.
