Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for our U.S. liaison office in the San Jose area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within the semiconductor, automotive, and emerging technology industries. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and managing key accounts.
Job Description
- - Sales & Marketing: Lead and manage sales and marketing activities for semiconductor (AF, OIS Driver IC), automotive (Haptic Drive IC), and emerging business sectors (ToF, LiDAR, fingerprint sensors).
- - Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor and automotive industries.
- - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- - Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- - Team Leadership: Potentially manage a local sales team as the business expands.
- - Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- - Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- - Minimum 12 years of experience in the semiconductor, automotive, or related emerging industries.
- - Previous experience with AF, OIS Driver ICs, Haptic Drive ICs, ToF, LiDAR, or fingerprint sensors is highly desirable.
- - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- - Highly proficient in both English and Korean.
