Job Summary

This role is pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for the company’s direct-owned indoor golf simulator venues.

Job Description

  • Opportunity Identification:
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new Golfzon direct-owned indoor golf simulator venues in the US market.
  • Conduct thorough market research to determine the viability and potential success of new locations.
  • Due Diligence and Reporting:
  • Perform detailed due diligence on identified opportunities, including financial analysis, market trends, and competitor research.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for headquarters and joint venture partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Planning on both short-term and long-term initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Continuously analyze trends in the indoor golf simulator market and broader industry.
  • Research and report on competitor activities, identifying potential threats and opportunities.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis:
  • Manage and own ad hoc analysis projects as needed, delivering data-driven and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create detailed analyses and compelling presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financing, strategic planning, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel; strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all dealings.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is strongly preferred
