Job Description

• Key Responsibilities.
• - Will work with the Design Manager to take full responsibility for the success, sales performance and growth of the brand.
• - Work with the Design Manager to continually improve product categories: identify and improve deficiencies in product categories and fabric quality. Participate in development trials and provide proactive and targeted input to ensure further production processes run smoothly.
• - Design of 4 main collections and 2-4 fast track collections per year.
• - Trend research including travelling to major cities.
• - Create style sheets based on style budgets and follow up on ideas on the sheets.
• - Ensure design deadlines are met.
• - Work closely with sourcing and pattern making teams.
• - Continuously improve fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree or higher, must major in Graphic/Apparel Design.
• - Written English skills (excellent English/Korean a plus)
• - Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office.
• - Good communication skills and good at expressing ideas
• - Accustomed to working under tight deadlines, able to work under pressure, well organised
