About Our Client

Our Client is a Global leading Chemical Manufacturer, specializes in Building & Interior materials, Automotive materials and Industrial Film backed by approx 4,270 employees across the world.

Job Summary

Main focus of this position is to focus on quality of product and promote continuous improvement activities while considering the customer’s perspective and communicating reports. This is accomplished from maintaining ISO management systems for quality. Progress should be reported considering quality indexes. This position is heavily involved with the inspection process of both product and quality controls methods and procedures.

Job Description

• Quality Assurance
• - Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• - Evaluate adequcy of quality assurance standards.
• - Monitor risk management activities.
• - Implement and verify 4M change management.
• - Implement 3A/5S Activity System.
• ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
• - Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• - Responsible for document management systems.
• - Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
• - Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• - Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• - Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• - Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• - Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• - Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
• Quality Control & Reporting
• - Plan, conduct, monitor testing and inspection of materials & products to ensure finished product quality.
• - Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• - Collect and compile statistical quality data.
• - Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
• - ASQ certifications are preferred
• - 2+ year of experiences in quality field preferred
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent project management skills
• - Korean bilingual preferred
