Job Description

• - Strategic Planning:
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine organizational strategies.
• - Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
• - Data Analysis:
• - Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• - Utilize statistical models and data visualization tools to present findings and insights to key stakeholders
• - Financial Modeling:
• - Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• - Conduct cost-benefit analyses and scenario planning to assess the potential impact of strategic initiatives.
• - Recommendation Development:
• - Formulate clear and actionable recommendations based on data analysis and strategic insights.
• - Work closely with decision-makers to communicate findings and facilitate informed discussions.
• - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• - Minimum +3 years of proven experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• - Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, not required.
