Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operation Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team.
Job Description
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- - Coordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution
- - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishment
- - Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs
- - Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies
- - Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems
- - Support customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product details
- - Maintain customer master data and pricing records
- - Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.
- - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must have:
- - 2?5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management
- - High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- - Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)
- - Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- - Good organization skills
