About Our Client
Our client is a Korean chemical and textile manufacturing company. It has since expanded to produce chemicals, other materials and fashion, and selling polyester film and nylon film.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager to oversee financial accounting and operations support for US subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial statement preparation, budgeting, performance management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, they will provide support for treasury management, including fund execution and investment activities, as well as assist with corporate operations tasks such as governance structure changes and office lease management.
Job Description
- A. Financial Accounting Leadership (Accounting Manager)
- - Financial statement preparation and accounting closure
- - Business planning, budgeting, and performance management (monitoring of execution plans, budget vs. actual analysis)
- - Profit and loss management, working capital management
- - External financial audits, inventory asset verification
- - Corporate tax, VAT reporting, addressing accounting and tax issues, and current issue reviews
- B. Corporate Treasury Management Support
- - Verification and approval of vouchers
- - Execution of funds inflow and outflow
- - Annual financial planning and reporting
- - Financial institution dealings (company fund management, borrowing management, etc.)
- -. External investment execution
- C. Corporate Operations Support
- - Handling tasks related to Governance Structure changes
- - Office lease agreements and management
Qualifications
- - Approximately 5-7 years or more of financial accounting experience
- - Bachelor's degree or higher (Preferably in Business Administration)
- - Experience in accounting roles within manufacturing or trading companies
- - Proficiency in English and Korean
