Job Summary
Our client is hiring 1-2 years of experienced production assistant in fashion industry.
Job Description
- - Track and organize the FIT, PPS, TOP samples and packages from shipping and receiving.
- - Measure the garments and input the specifications.
- - Maintain and organize the fabric and trims libraries.
- - Communicate with all vendors throughout production.
- - Update the Work in Progress (WIP) as requested.
- - Track delivery dates in system for updates.
Qualifications
- - 1-2 years of experience
- - Knowledge of Excel; Photoshop skills are a plus.
- - Knowledge of fabric and trim: fibers, content, fabric specifications, fabric science knowledge that are appropriate per product (knits/wovens, stretch fabrics, dyeing, finishing etc.)
- - Must be extremely detail oriented.
- - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet multiple deadlines.
- - Professional email communication skills.
