Job Summary

Our client is now hiring a HR manager, who can deal with managing and assist benefit policy & process and maintaining benefit records accurately, providing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding top talent

Job Description

  • - Understand hiring demand and strategize on a plan to deliver for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency
  • - Provide sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and sourcing prospects that result in finding top talent
  • - Manage and assist with the recruitment process by communicating with recruiters, identifying/ interviewing/ reviewing & reporting candidates, negotiating employment conditions, and issuing employment contracts
  • - Lead and negotiate the terms of employment based on evaluation, compensation, and work conditions
  • - Manage talents of external and internal, and create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement and self-learning
  • - Perform initial orientations and update records of new staff
  • - Manage termination process and complete termination documentation work and exit interviews
  • - Lead and support the talent recruitment of the company's subsidiaries (if necessary)
  • - Manage and assist benefit policy & process and maintain benefit records accurately
  • - Manage and assist learning & development policy & process and maintain L&D records accurately
  • - Review and update HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
  • - Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • - Serve as point of contact with payroll/benefit/401k/other HR related vendors, agencies, and administrators
  • - Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • - Manage and assist with planning and executions of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and etc.
  • - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • - Perform other duties as assigned


  • - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management.
  • - In-depth knowledge of HR polices, procedures, and the best practices.
  • - Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in US
  • - Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges
  • - Fluency in English & Korean required
  • - Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
  • - Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • - Ability to work well in a small team environment
