Job Description
- ?Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts
- payable, and general ledger entries.
- ?Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- ?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making
- processes.
- ?Prepare financial reports and summaries to assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- ?Monitor and maintain financial records related to transactions in the music industry, including
- royalties and licensing agreements.
- ?Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- ?Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- ?Contribute to process enhancement to elevate efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- ?Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ?Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper or in a comparable financial role.
- ?Solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- ?Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- ?Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- ?Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal teams.
- ?Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
