Job Summary

Establish HR strategy and plan

Job Description

  • - Establish mid- to long-term HR strategies and roadmaps in connection with global business, revise HR regulations
  • -Overall HR system and process advancement, HR system design (Evaluation/ Compensation/ Recruitment/ Promotion etc)
  • - Deriving and improving HR tasks through HR trend analysis and internal organization diagnosis
  • ? Recruitment, staffing, organizational management
  • - Establishment of appropriate manpower management plan according to manpower demand forecast and business strategy direction
  • - Improve workforce structure and organizational design and manage organizational personnel management
  • - Establishment of Mainstream Position Succession Plan and Leadership Pipeline
  • ? Planning/operating performance evaluation and compensation system
  • - Improve performance evaluation system for employee motivation
  • - Planning and operating a compensation system considering the financial situation of the company
  • ? Employee Relation
  • - Derive and implement action plans to prevent HR issues
  • - Establishment of response to labor issues and follow-up measures
  • ? Education/promote, improvement of organizational culture
  • - Establish and implement a talent development plan to develop strategic competencies for organizations and employees
  • - Development of training plans and programs for growth and competency development of cash equivalents
  • - Planning/operating core value internalization and DE&I, organizational culture improvement activities
  • ? Other HR task
  • - Response and Report of HQ, Management Directives


  • -He has more than 10 years of experience in HR-related experience, including building an overall HR process
  • - Has leadership experience such as team leader and part leader and a high understanding of U.S. HR related laws and regulations
  • - Work experience in FMCG industry (Nutrition, Food tech, Bio, Food, etc.), MNC, HR consulting company
  • Preference
  • - Preferential treatment for holders of bachelor's degree or higher and related majors such as HRM and HRD
  • - Have seamless communication and interpersonal skills in a global work environment
  • - Innovative thinking beyond the understanding of new HR trends, and ability to manage change within an organization
