Establish mid- to long-term business strategy and step-by-step action plan
Job Description
- - Planning the corporation's global vision and business strategy linked to the headquarters' vision and management strategy
- - Set mid- to long-term objectives (Sales/Loss), plan business and roadmap
- ? Global Market Research
- - Derive business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitors, and establish a roadmap for step-by-step expansion
- - Analysis and reporting of business environment such as supply and demand status, distribution structure, and cost structure
- ? New business development and planning
- - Discovering new growth engines such as M&A and JV, analyzing synergies, and building a portfolio of business expansion
- - Verifying the possibility of entering new businesses based on core competencies and establishing strategies to supplement their capabilities
- - Identify potential investment destinations, drive investment processes, and support decision-making processes
- ? Business Analysis Feasibility Review
- - Establish core business models, diagnose sales/cost structures and review investment profit and loss effects
- - Establishment of project justification, project promotion plan and operation plan, and derivation of strategic tasks
- ? Management Performance Management and Strategic Performance Assessment
- - Track key performance by setting performance indicators, evaluate strategic effectiveness, derive improvement measures, and manage implementation
- ? Regular reporting and meetings with management in HQ
- - Collaborate with key stakeholders to advance and improve the project process
- - Responsive to management in HQ's requests
Qualifications
- ? Has more than 10 years of experience in planning business strategy and developing new businesses and has leadership experience
- ? Experience in planning the company's business strategy and promoting new business (M&A, JV, equity investment, etc.)
- ? Seamless communication skills between organizations, and expertise in financial, accounting
- ? Experience in the FMCG industry (Nutrition, Food tech, Bio, Food, etc.), MNC, consulting firm
- ? US MBA or similar degree holders
- ? Good at creating reports and plans
