Job Summary

Job Description

• - Job posting, screening, and interview and select applicant
• - Conduct exit interviews & provide outplacement support.
• - Manages staffing agencies and invoices
• - Identify, benchmark, and implement benefits program
• - Administer compensation, benefits, including weekly payroll closing
• - Manage and Maintain payroll & benefit data, report, information
• - New employee orientation (Filing & Onboarding)
• - Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate online & eLearning programs
• - Manage company regular trainings (such as sexual harassment training)
• - HRIS maintenance and update employee roster
• - Employees’ Visa and work authorization management
• - Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
• - HR documentation
• - Manage office supply & layout
• - Administer, handle vendors, agencies (Recruiting, payroll, benefit, HRIS, lawyer)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related degree required
• 1+ years' solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiar with HRMS Systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills preferred
• 1+ years' experience in payroll. Familiar with payroll policy in MI, OH, TN preferred.
