Job Summary

Job Description

• ? Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
• ? Ensure system information match with actual documentation
• ? Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight
• ? Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
• ? Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation
• ? Act as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer service
• ? Handle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely manner

Qualifications

• ? Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• ? 1 year in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
• ? 1 year of experience in handling customer service
• ? Strong attention to detail
• ? Well organized and quick to adapt
• ? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• ? Good and clear communication skills
• ? Speaks Korean
