Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the expansion project of our Wind Power Tower Factory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction process, managing procurement of machinery, and obtaining necessary permits to ensure the successful and timely completion of the factory expansion.

Job Description

  • 1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • - Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • - Oversee the day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to the project schedule and budget.
  • - Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met.
  • 2. Procurement of Machinery:
  • - Research, evaluate, and select machinery and equipment necessary for the expansion of the factory.
  • - Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • - Ensure the timely delivery of machinery and equipment to meet project timelines.
  • 3. Permitting:
  • - Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain all required permits for the construction and operation of the expanded factory.
  • - Work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • 4. Budget Management:
  • - Develop and manage the project budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • - Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • 5. Quality Control:
  • - Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure construction meets industry standards and company specifications.
  • - Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with quality assurance teams.
  • 6. Risk Management:
  • - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project.
  • - Address unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively to keep the project on track.
  • 7. Team Leadership:
  • - Lead a multidisciplinary project team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
  • - Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to maximize team productivity.


  • - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • - Strong knowledge of construction processes, machinery, and permitting requirements.
  • - Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • - Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
  • - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
