Job Summary

  • As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Job Description

  • Business Plan
  • - Annual business planning (P&L and Balance Sheets)
  • - Quarterly Forecast of P&L and BS
  • - Monthly performance analysis of business units
  • - Control budgets
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • - Prepare detailed reports and documentation for headquarters, summarizing key business metrics and performance indicators
  • - Respond to HQ’s ad hoc requests (inventory and AR aging, etc.)
  • - Collaborate with various departments to collect and compile relevant data for reporting purposes
  • IT Security Management
  • - Maintain e-mail security and internal portal
  • - Oversee and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems
  • - Collaborate with IT teams to implement and monitor security measures
  • - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT security
  • Payroll Processing
  • - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
  • - Collaborate with HR to gather and verify payroll data
  • - Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner


  • - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business major concentrating on accounting and MIS)
  • - 2~3 years of experience in business planning and forecast
  • - Must possess a good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • - Need to write business analysis report in both Korean and English
  • - Prior experience in payroll processing and compliance preferred
  • - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
