Job Description

  • 1. Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages
  • 2. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resources information confidential
  • 3. Oversees onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
  • 4. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
  • ? Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; training and development
  • 5. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • 6. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • 7. Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • 8. Assists with preparation ad processing of exempt and non-exempt payroll
  • 9. Performs other related duties or additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

SKILLS

  • Excellent reading, organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Work Experience Requirements
  • 1 year in human resources position preferred
  • Experience with using ERP software (Sage Suite preferred)
  • Other Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or have the ability to obtain authorization
