Job Summary
Job Description
- ? Bookkeeping for Local offices and Satellite offices
- ? Documentary assistant for sales team
- ? Creating and processing sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions through system periodically (Daily, weekly, and monthly)
- ? Openly communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate technical information.
- ? Maintain A/R and A/P Flow
- ? General Admin tasks for office
- ? Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ? Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- ? 1-3 Years’ Experience (Preferred)
- ? Excellent communication skills
- ? Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- ? Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
