Job Summary

Job Description

• ? Welcome and greet guests as soon as they arrive
• ? Ensure that all who enter the main entrance adhere to COVID protocols and security guidelines/policies
• ? Assist with customer claims and reporting
• ? Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
• ? Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and sort for customer claims
• ? Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• ? Assist in contract services for the facility, shipments, mailing and presentations

Qualifications

• ? Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
• ? 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred
• ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• ? Hands-on experience with office equipment (ex. fax machines and printers)
• ? Professional attitude and appearance
• ? Solid written and verbal communication skills
• ? Excellent organizational skills
• ? Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
