Job Summary
Job Description
- ? Manage project database, maintaining, tracking, and updating status and documentation for building second manufacturing plant
- ? Assisting in all aspects of construction activities for multiple projects, maintaining project information, proposals, and basic reporting
- ? Support Project Managers in coordinating project deliverables and stakeholders' workflow
- ? Assist in the review and publication of project documentation
- ? Provide or coordinate responses and solutions to project inquiries and issues
- ? Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including customers, engineers, project managers, sales representatives, and/or vendors
- ? Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/relevant field or Equivalent Experience preferred
- ? Excellent communication skills
- ? Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
- ? Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
